A licensed Speech/Language Pathologist , is an independent practitioner. She also lectures and provides training for augmentative communications. She has also served as the Director of Communication and Technology at the Easter Seal Society in Ft. Worth, Texas. She received her M.S. in Communication Pathology and her Ph.D. in Education. Her clinical experience in public schools, hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and nursing homes has focused upon the evaluation and implementation of augmentative communication and adapted technology for the physically and mentally challenged. She earned her RESNA ATP certification in 1997.
